Jointing Methods

Methods to obtain a long-life running belts with proper jointing.

Finger Joint

Suitable method for one-ply belt. Thickness of jointing area has the same thickness value with belt to be pressed. Possible to make straight or angle.

Stepped Finger Joint

Suitable for two-ply belts. The layers are cut in Z form to have the belt more resistant and flexible. Possible to make straight or angle.

Overlap Joint

Suitable for two or more plies belts. Plies are separated in steps and are subject to adhesives and finally pressing process

Method used, where hygiene and easy assembly have priority.
